It contains non-genetically modified Supro® protein, a water-washed soy protein isolate. It is made using a process known as identity preservation, every stage from seed to store is controlled to maintain segregation and to minimise the possibility of mixing identity-preserved soybeans with any other soybeans. Supro® protein has PDCAAS of 1.0 for protein quality and digestibility. Perfect Soy Protein delivers all the essential amino acids for muscle growth and maintenance while the naturally occurring isoflavones in soy protein reduce exercise-induced oxidative stress. This shortens the recovery period between workouts while improving muscle tone, performance and vitality.

Recommended intake: To protein-boost your favourite cooked or baked recipes, replace up to half the normal flour with Perfect Soy Protein.
