Brauer Allergy Relief Oral Spray
Relief of the symptoms of allergies. Helps relieve symptoms of food and chemical sensitivities and allergies, including itching, bloating, sneezing, nasal and sinus congestion and indigestion.

Helpful hints

Add eucalyptus oil when washing bed clothes to help destroy dust mite.
Try to work out what you are allergic to and then minimise your exposure to these things.
Try and stay indoors when pollen counts are high and avoid gardens and parks that have a lot of pollen.
Keep rooms well ventilated to help reduce mould growth.
Many pets cause allergies. Unfortunately, just putting them outside at night won't reduce your exposure to the sheddings they leave around the house. If your allergies are severe, you may want to consider pet fish or a pet turtle instead of cats, dogs or other hairy animals.

Dosage
Adults: Initially, use 4 sprays or dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every half hour for 4 doses. Thereafter 4 hourly. Children 2 to 12 years: Initially, use 2 sprays or dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue every half hour for 4 doses. Thereafter 4 hourly. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Additional Advice
Avoidance of the allergen is the practical course of action. Barrier creams, or gloves etc in the case of contact dermatitis can provide relief. Natural Therapists trained in Homoeopathic desensitisation should be considered if the condition fails to respond after 1 month.
