Each capsule contains:
Extracts equivalent to dry:
Allium sativum (Garlic) bulb (1.5g) 1500mg, Perilla frutescens (Perilla) seed (1.5g) 1500mg, Ganoderma lucidum (Rei shi mushroom) fruiting body 750mg and Echinacea purpurea juice powder equivalent to fresh herb (1.4g) 1485mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C as Calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 124mg, Zinc (as Sulfate monohydrate) 5.65mg.

Ganoderma lucidum (Rei Shi Mushroom)
A powerful antioxidant, Rei shi mushroom possesses a variety of pharmacological effects, especially immunemodulating which is helpful in defending against cold and flu.

Perilla Frutescens
Perilla seed has a rich history of traditional use for helping to relieve the symptoms associated with allergies such as mucous congestion and hay fever as well as supporting respiratory health.

Echinacea Purpurea
Echinacea may help by providing relief from the symptoms of upper respiratory tract catarrh. Echinacea has also been known to be a strong immune builder.
