The effect of using burning EARTUBES is a feeling of complete relaxation. This state produces essential chemicals to reverse any stress in the mind and body.

Regular use of EARTUBES as part of your wellbeing lifestyle is a great way to relieve tension naturally.

You will need

2 EARTUBES per person
a lighter - a glass of water - a towel

Directions

Sharing the experience with a partner for the first time is recommended.
Find a comfortable, draft free place to lie down with a pillow for head support.
Lay down & place towel around ear to cover hair.
Hold EARTUBE horizontally and light end
Place EARTUBE vertically in ear
Gently twist into position for a good seal between ear & EARTUBE. Do not force EARTUBE into ear.
The sound of fire is heard & warmth from the flame is felt when EARTUBE is positioned correctly.
You / Your partner should remain holding the EARTUBE vertically, observe the full burning process (approx. 8 min). Do not burn past the stop mark (fig.3). Remove & extinguish in a glass of water
Repeat process for opposite ear using a new EARTUBE.
After treating both ears a further 5 - 10 minutes, we recommend you to rest to enhance the benefits of your relaxed state.

When using burning eartubes we advise caution.
Eartubes do not self-extinguish.
