Indications
Helps ensure your baby has the best start in life and you maintain energy and vitality before, during and after pregnancy.

Dosage
Take one tablet daily, or as directed. For maximum benefit to you and your baby FABFOL plus should be taken at least one month before planned pregnancy, right through pregnancy, breastfeeding and after when needed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect / spina bifida, seek medical advice from your doctor.
