Indications
Magnesium is an important element required to maintain many of the body’s metabolic processes, muscle and nerve function, calcium deposition in bones and energy metabolism.

Floradix magnesium is prepared in a delicious fruit juice and base and contains selected herbs which help maintain a healthy digestion.

Floradix magnesium is particularly useful for young adults during periods of growth, pregnant women, and breast feeding mothers. It can also increase energy levels and exercise efficiency in sportsmen and women.

Magnesium also promotes heart health, supports a healthy circulatory system and can help relax the arteries and muscles. Additionally, it can improve sleep, reduce anxiety and effects of stress. Magnesium has also been shown to reduce symptoms associated with PMS including cramps.

Directions for Use
Children from 1 to 12 years of age - 2 level metric teaspoonful or half a measuring capful (10ml) once daily, preferably before meals.
Adults & Children 13 years & older - 4 level metric teaspoonfuls or one measuring capful (20ml) once daily, preferably before meals.

Warning
Not suitable for infants under the age of twelve months.

Each 20ml dose contains:
Magnesium (from magnesium gluconate and magnesium cirate) 250mg
And herbal decoction equiv. to:
Anthemis nobilis flower (camomile) dry 50mg
Foeniculum vulgare seed (fennel) 50mg
Citrus aurantium fruit peel (bitter orange) dry 50mg
Daucus carota roots (carrot) dry 50mg
Spinacia oleracea leaf (spiniach) 40mg

Floradix Magnesium also contains honey, juices from apricots, mangoes, pineapples & pears & natural peach flavour.

Contians fruit sugars.
