Who is it for?
For people experiencing colds and coughs.

What does it do?
For the temporary relief of symptoms of colds and coughs.

Contains:
Echinacea purpurea extract equiv. to 10mg per gram
Dry plant and oils w/w:
Peppermint Oil 9.5%
Melaleuca Oil 1.9%
Eucalyptus Oil 1.4%
Thyme Oil 0.4%
Turpentine Oil 3.8%
Cajuput Oil 1.8%

Dose
Rub onto chest, throat and back.

For use as an inhalant, add one teaspoon of Greenridge Relief Vaporising Rub to a bowl of steaming water and inhale the steam.

For use on muscular aches and sore feet, apply dierctly to the skin.

For adults and children over 5 years.
