Ingredients
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), Marshmallow (Althaea officianalis) and Golden Seal (Hydrastis canadensis).

Contra indications
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Dosage
Adult:
Take 10mL in approx 20mL of water 15 minutes before meals, three times daily.
For acute pain and discomfort take as required up to 50mL per day maximum.

Child:
6-8 year old take 5mL three times daily.
8-12 year old take 7mL three times daily.
12+ years take adult dose.
