What does it do?
  • Greenridge Wild Fish Oil contains EPA and DHA Omega 3 fatty acids, which are now recognised for their important role in various body systems and functions.

  • Clinical trials support the use of fish oil for arthritis. "Twelve carefully controlled studies in which patients with rheumatoid arthritis took fish oil capsules have shown that fish oil has a beneficial effect'. (Arthritis Foundation NSW, 2006)
  • Research also supports the use of fish oil for helping to maintain healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, heart health, skin health, circulation, brain and eye function.
Each Capsule contains:
Fish oil-natural (EPA 180mg, DHA 120mg) 1g (1000mg)
Including Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids:
- Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 180mg
- Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg

Dose
Adults only
Take 1-3 capsules daily with food or as professionally directed.
Arthritis dose:
Take 3-4 capsules, 3 times daily with food or as professionally directed.
