Herb Valley Pregnavite 50 tablets

A formula designed for pregnant and breast-feeding women during this time of increased dietary requirements.

Assist in preventing vitamin and mineral deficiencies during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Provides a daily dose of 400mcg to 500mcg of folic acid or folate which if taken daily for one month before conception and during pregnancy may reduce the risk of women having a child with birth defects of the brain and/or spinal cord such as the neural tube defects known as spina bifida and anencephaly.

Recommended Daily Dosage
Adults and Children over 12 years
Take one tablet per day with food. Or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Caution Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with neural tube defect/spina bifida – seek specific medical advice.
Pregnavite tablets do not preclude the need for a healthy diet and additional specific supplementation.Vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplements are not intended to replace a balanced diet.
