Natural Co Q10 150 MAX contains 150mg of Coenzyme Q10, made using a natural fermentation process.

Coenzyme Q10 is a substance found in all cells of the body. It may assist in the maintenance of cellular integrity and healthy cell membrane structure and is an integral component of cellular metabolic processes.

Coenzyme Q10 plays a key role in assisting mitochondria in the production of energy; and is therefore essential for all energy dependent processes. It is for this reason that Coenzyme Q10 may be used in times of physical exertion, supporting energy levels and assisting in the maintenance of stamina and endurance. Coenzyme Q10 may also be used to assist in post-exercise recovery.

As a lipid-soluble antioxidant, Coenzyme Q10 can inhibit the oxidation of lipids, including low density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol. Coenzyme Q10 supports cardiovascular health, helping to maintain healthy functioning of the heart muscle. Coenzyme Q10 may also assist in the maintenance of healthy blood pressure.

Coenzyme Q10 primarily functions as an antioxidant (free radical scavenger) and restores oxidised vitamin E to its antioxidant form.

Dose

Adults – Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children under 12 years - Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
