Niugini Organics Organic Virgin Coconut oil is extracted from the meat of the coconut. Unlike most other dietary oils, coconut oil (non-hydrogenated) does not contain transfatty acids.

The majority of the oil (over 90%) is composed of saturated fatty acids, which includes acids such as Capri, Caprylic and Lauric Acid.

Coconut oil does not contribute to the development of cardiovascular diseases and may in fact reduce the risk of several (due to the absence of polyunsaturated fatty acids).

Amongst other things, organic coconut oil can improve hair condition, kill off bacteria, reduce inflammation, deactivate some viruses, increase energy levels, facilitate weight loss and eliminate head lice.
