Ceres Organics Bulghur Wheat 500g

Bulghur Wheat is a wheat that has been cleaned, par-boiled and dried before being broken up and sieved into different sizes. Being pre-cooked, allows the wheats naturally naturaly occuring nutrients to be retained, making this fibre and protien rich food more noursihing than processed wheat products.

Bulghur wheat is the original instant food. All it needs is a soak in some boiling water (about 10 minutes), drain and voila, it’s ready to eat. With its light, nutty flavour, bulghur is excellent in pilaf and other dishes in place of rice, or as a more nutritious version of the traditional chicken or turkey stuffing.
