Endura Rehydration Energy Fuel rapidly replaces fluid and electrolytes lost during exercise, while improving stamina and endurance. Loss of fluid and electrolytes if not replaced, can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalances which may effect exercise capacity and performance. Electrolytes are charged ions that regulate not only the body’s hydration, but also the blood pH and are critical for cellular metabolism and muscle function. The most physiologically important electrolytes are sodium, potassium and magnesium.
The Original Formula
Along with electrolytes, Endura Rehydration Energy Fuel also contains carbohydrates and magnesium to improve performance by increasing energy levels, relieving muscle cramps and spasms and speeding recovery.
Adults: During exercise (Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink 1 to 2 doses 30 minutes before exercise and one dose during each hour of exercise (up to four doses per day) or as directed by a healthcare professional.
In preparation for exercise/magnesium and carbohydrate loading (Hypertonic):
Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximise muscle magnesium and endurance.
For everyday hydration and physical work demands:
(Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water.
(Hypotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 600 mL of water.
Take as required, up to four doses per day.
