INDICATIONS

• Lower Bowel Stimulant assists in the prevention and treatment of constipation, with Ginger and Capsicum to reduce any griping sensation.
• LIV-A aids digestion, helps to support healthy liver function and provides symptomatic relief of fl uid retention.
• Activated Charcoal targets bloating and aids detoxifi cation via the alimentary canal by its action as an intestinal adsorbent to eliminate unwanted gas and toxins.
• Liquid Chlorophyll is an alkalising supplement that assists in balancing body acid-alkali level. It may help neutralise body odours and bad breath and whilst helping cleanse and detoxify the body naturally.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adults:
With breakfast: Take one capsule each of LIV-A, LBS, Activated Charcoal
With lunch: Take one capsule each of LIV-A, LBS, Activated Charcoal
With dinner: Take one capsule each of LIV-A, LBS, Activated Charcoal

Please note: Individuals respond differently to laxative herbs such as Lower Bowel Stimulant it is recommended to start at a dose of 1 capsule per day (dinner) and adjust upwards gradually if further bowel stimulation is required.
Drink: Mix 15 ml of Liquid Chlorophyll with 1 litre of water and drink throughout the day (try to aim for 2L of water per day).
