Stamina and endurance are both very different from pure strength. Endurance is your ability to handle longer exercises, while stamina usually influences circulation, energy levels, and overall health. While some people naturally have better endurance than others there are ways you can naturally increase your own stamina and endurance. In order to increase your stamina and endurance you must enlarge your lung capacity, build up the muscles around your heart, and strengthen the muscles that will be used in endurance activities. The key to all of this is to gradually increase your daily physical activity so that you get no less than 150 minutes a week of vigorous exercise.

Combine Strength days with Cardio days

There are a wide variety of ones to improve your body’s stamina and endurance. One of them is to play a sport as your way of engaging in exercise. Make sure it is a sport that you really enjoy so that it will not even feel like you are working out, and it can be a team or a solo sport. You will also need to make sure that you exercising for at least 30 minutes every day. If you are a beginner and cannot last that long then you can break that 30 minutes down into 10 minutes chunk. It is also a very good idea that you mix up your exercise routine. With a broader range of exercise you will be then able to work a variety of different muscles in your body. Then as you work out more and become accustomed to the exercises be sure to keep increasing the intensity and the duration of your sessions, both are signs of your stamina and endurance improving.

Working out in order to increase your stamina and strength is a completely individual process, so you must take these tips and change them up slightly if they do not work in your lifestyle. For example it is recommended that you work out every day but if you are doing short exercises every day, it might be better for you to switch and do longer workouts about three times a week instead. Just experiment with different workout plans in order to find the best plan for your individual body.
